SellEndoscopy provides independent valuation support, market insights, and coordination services related to surplus, retired, or decommissioned endoscopy equipment. SellEndoscopy does not manufacture medical devices and does not provide clinical, medical, or regulatory advice.

SellEndoscopy may work with third-party buyers, refurbishers, service providers, logistics partners, and other entities as part of the disposition process.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for use by healthcare organizations, medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, and related professionals. By using the Services, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the organization submitting information or engaging with SellEndoscopy.

3. Scope of Services

SellEndoscopy services may include:

• Market-based equipment valuation
• Condition review support based on submitted information
• Buy-back and resale coordination
• Asset disposition guidance
• Logistics coordination with third-party partners

All valuations are estimates based on available information and prevailing market conditions and are not guaranteed offers unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

SellEndoscopy does not guarantee:

• That equipment will qualify for buy-back
• Any specific valuation or recovery amount
• That third-party buyers will accept equipment
• Timing of pickup, payment, or resale

Market conditions, equipment condition, compliance requirements, and buyer demand may change.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Confirm that equipment submitted is owned by your organization and authorized for disposition
• Ensure equipment has been properly decommissioned from clinical use
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

You are responsible for verifying internal approvals, asset tracking requirements, and compliance obligations.

6. Third-Party Partners

SellEndoscopy may introduce or coordinate with third-party buyers, logistics providers, refurbishers, or service partners. SellEndoscopy is not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, or performance of third parties.

Any transaction with a third party may be governed by separate agreements.

7. No Medical or Regulatory Advice

SellEndoscopy does not provide medical, legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. All information is provided for general informational and operational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals regarding regulatory compliance, infection control, and device disposition requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the SellEndoscopy website, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and materials, is the property of SellEndoscopy or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

Information submitted through the Services will be handled in accordance with SellEndoscopy’s Privacy Policy. SellEndoscopy will not intentionally disclose confidential information except as necessary to perform the Services or as required by law.
