- That third-party buyers will accept equipment
- Timing of pickup, payment, or resale
Market conditions, equipment condition, compliance requirements, and buyer demand may change.
5. User Responsibilities
By using the Services, you agree to:

- Confirm that equipment submitted is owned by your organization and authorized for disposition
- Ensure equipment has been properly decommissioned from clinical use
